About Brothers Restaurant

The quiet hum of conversation and the subtle clinking of glassware set a refined ambiance that defines the experience at Brothers Restaurant. This eatery effortlessly balances elegance with a welcoming atmosphere, where soft lighting and tasteful decor enhance a meal that feels both special and unpretentious. Browsing through Brothers Restaurant menu reveals a thoughtful selection of dishes that emphasize fresh ingredients and precise techniques, though some might find certain plates leaning toward familiar territory rather than bold innovation. Photographs from past diners often capture the vivid colors and careful plating that invite curiosity before the first bite, hinting at the balance between creativity and comfort found within.

Complaints about slow service were rare in the available Brothers Restaurant reviews, suggesting a generally attentive and professional staff. The pace allows diners to engage in conversation without feeling rushed, although a few moments of delay were noticed during peak hours. Interestingly, the wine list complements the food without overpowering it, a detail that quietly enhances the overall dining journey. The pricing aligns with expectations for a fine dining venue, and while some dishes delivered memorable flavors, others seemed less distinctive, possibly reflecting an intent to cater to a broader palate. The seamless coordination between kitchen and floor, evident yet discreet, contributes to a cohesive experience that many guests appreciate.

Among the highlights, the dessert stood out for its refined sweetness and artful presentation, rounding out the meal without excess. While the service, atmosphere, and execution uphold a high standard typically sought in a fine dining restaurant, moments of unevenness in either creativity or timing occasionally punctuate the visit. The breadth of the Brothers Restaurant menu covers classic and contemporary influences, and glimpses from photos reveal a commitment to aesthetics as well as taste. Ultimately, the restaurant creates a setting that encourages a measured enjoyment of food and company, appealing to those who value polished yet accessible dining without venturing too far from culinary familiarity.

Amazing experience in this newly-starred restaurant. Very flavourful menu. A lot of fish, expertly prepared. The beef toast with caviar is an absolute must-order. Did enjoy the menu quite a lot. The meat dish was the least impressive part of the menu, although quite ok. Place isn't super luxurious, but I like the ambience. Very attentive service that in fact remembered our wine choice from a visit to Tohru.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the very friendly attitude of the staff, which made the experience truly special. The entire team is made up of young, well-trained professionals. We opted for the full tasting menu with the wine pairing, and I have to say it was absolutely the right choice. The dishes are, of course, seasonal, and overall, the experience was of the highest level. The standout dish for me, due to its uniqueness, was the pigeon — I highly recommend trying it. I won’t go into too much detail, as other reviews and photos already speak volumes, but it's clear that this is a fine-dining restaurant offering exceptional quality. They also provide an à la carte menu, which is a great option for those who prefer a more relaxed dining experience. As for the wines, despite having several glasses, the pairings were spot-on, and unlike other places, I didn’t feel any effects from the alcohol — neither that evening nor the next day. Bravi ragazzi!

What an amazing experience at Brothers for my wife's 50th birthday! The food exceeded expectations, even for a Michelin starred establishment. The service was just as good, including the owners who spent a great deal of time with the diners. If you have a chance to dine at Brothers, you won't be disappointed.

My favourite restaurant in Munich. It has a Michelin Star and it shows! The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and the wine pairing is excellent. The owners explain every flavour in detail. It is obviously pricey but could be worse. Love love!

My wife and I came to Brothers during our honeymoon, and this was by far the best place we've been to! Our honeymoon was a Michelin Star vacation, and this was the 4th Michelin restaurant we went to. The staff were among the best, the food was world-class, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. The owners chatted with us about their travels while we chatted with them about ours. The wait staff were so delightful that we will never forget this experience. They even wrote us a card thanking us for coming to their restaurant for our honeymoon. Rest assured, we will be back once we take another trip to Germany! My wife said it was the best lamb she ever had by the way so be sure to get that! As for myself, the scallops are incredible. To the owners of Brothers - if you find yourself in Los Angeles or the Phoenix area of Arizona, let us know! We would love to show you some excellent cuisine in our hometowns! Sincerely, Tyler and Christina

Visiting from Chicago, we are always excited to try the best restaurants in new cities. Brothers was high on our list for Munich, and it certainly did not disappoint! We opted for the tasting menu. Each course was delicious, well paced, and generous portions. The excellent dishes were also matched with exceptional service. The owners spent time with us throughout the night discussing the dishes, their restaurant, and recommendations for our trip. I would highly recommend Brothers for an incredible meal and experience!

We had such a lovely experience here, a big thank you for making our short trip to Munich so memorable! Each and every one on the team was friendly and personable, taking the time to first explain the cocktails and then the menu to us. We opted not to do the tasting menu, instead going for 2 "snacks" each, a starter and a main. We left with very full bellies and even fuller hearts. Read less

Simply one of the best fine dining experiences I've ever had. Not pretentious or stuffy, but rather relaxed and refined. Full tasting menu with the wine pairing and a few additional options are available to enhance the menu. Absolutely zero mistakes made throughout the service from start to finish. The whole team was in sync and it showed. I sat at the bar and could see directly into the kitchen the entire time, it was a perfectly executed service. Markus and Tobias (the brothers) curate everything in the space to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, an absolute masterclass in being an excellent host. Chef Daniel and his team are fluid and thoughtful with the flavors, presentations, and techniques used. Food highlights on this particular menu were the langoustine wrapped in knafeh and orange, the new brill dish wrapped in a squash blossom and served with a intense bisque like sauce, and the lamb served with perfect pomme frittes and a couple incredible lamb meatballs with yogurt on the side. The wine pairing was dynamic and wonderfully curated by Tobias. Desserts were wonderful and the petite four was a highlight rather than an afterthought as can so often be the case. Of all the Michelin and fine dining experiences I've been lucky to have over the years, this has catapulted to the top of the list for myself. An absolute pleasure and MUST if you are in the market for these types of dinners. I will make it a point to come back anytime I am lucky enough to be in Munich again. Cheers
